Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience with CNI Avionics Subsystems
- Background in project management
- Familiarity with F-35 development processes for hardware and software
- Understanding of Agile principles and experience managing product backlogs within Scrum or Kanban frameworks
- Proficiency with Jira or other Agile project tracking software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Desired skills:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner
- Knowledge of video and still imagery compression technologies and associated metadata standards
- Understanding of contemporary navigation principles and concepts
- Familiarity with System Integration and Test (SI&T) processes
- Knowledge of SATCOM concepts
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the long-term roadmap for CNI, ensuring alignment of technology, schedule, and cost targets
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to integrate CNI hardware and software into the F-35 platform
- Work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements and minimize risks
- Track performance metrics and initiate continuous improvement during production and sustainment phases
- Present project status, trade studies, and recommendations to senior leadership and program managers
