Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience combined with relevant education.
- Proficiency in addressing moderate complexity problems utilizing standard engineering practices, with periodic reviews for technical quality and thoroughness.
- Experience with delivering presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to document analysis results and clarify technical findings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to reliability predictions, maintainability analysis, FMECA, mission reliability modeling, FRACAS, or testability analysis is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and the capability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to successful completion.
- Familiarity with agile processes is advantageous.
- Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Systems Engineer - Reliability within the F-22 Reliability and Field Performance team, focusing on product reliability across multiple subsystems.
- Analyze and solve reliability issues using standard engineering methods.
- Present findings and analyses to stakeholders effectively.
- Document technical findings and communicate them clearly to team members and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrated success of engineering projects.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion with available support.
