Requirements
Must:
- Systems Engineering experience with expertise in Requirements, CONOPS, ICD, or Architecture
- Comprehensive knowledge of systems engineering processes
- Familiarity with major milestone reviews such as SRR, PDR, and CDR
- Experience in satellite ground systems design, development, integration, and testing
- Background as a software developer or software architect
- Competence in conducting and supporting Enterprise level testing across various systems
- Proficient in Agile environments and tools
- Active TS security clearance
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and balance requirements, CONOPS, interface definitions, and architecture to align with mission objectives
- Employ tailored Systems Engineering processes suited for rapidly evolving programs
- Offer Systems Engineering insights, combined with domain expertise, to ensure customer success
- Contribute to the creation of CDRLs while utilizing digital tools
- Conduct thorough peer reviews and trade studies to ensure engineering changes are fully validated before implementation
- Keep leadership, including the Chief Engineer and Program Management, informed about decisions affecting contractual obligations
- Adequately represent technical risks in discussions
