Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an engineering capacity with substantial background in Systems Integration & Test.
- Proven knowledge of Systems Engineering processes, lifecycle, and testing methodologies including test planning, execution, reporting, and breaking down requirements into test scenarios.
- Must be open to occasional travel.
- Capability to secure and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct testing phases, devising scenarios and developing test cases, overseeing both developmental and formal qualification tests on prototype and production hardware/software.
- Create comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Take ownership and develop the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM).
- Analyze test data and compile detailed system or subsystem evaluation reports verifying and validating system performance.
- Write problem reports documenting issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with other engineers to address and rectify inconsistencies in requirements, designs, or testing failures.
