Requirements
Must:
- Security+ certification (or other DoD 8570 Compliant Certification) or ability to obtain it within the first six months of employment.
- Experience working with embedded vendor operating systems and familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Proven experience in implementing Windows Server environments that integrate effectively with other system hardware and software components.
- Experience with Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
- Proficiency in virtual machine setup, management, and troubleshooting.
- Must possess a Final Secret clearance to start, with the capability to acquire Top Secret Clearance required for this role.
- Must be a U.S. citizen; dual citizenship is not permitted.
Responsibilities
- Design secure networks from inception through testing and final deployment, including classless subnetting and port mapping, along with troubleshooting capabilities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders, providing clear roadmaps for successful system adjustments.
- Clearly articulate hardware and software specifications for computer systems based on customer needs.
- Analyze complex system issues and develop effective resolutions.
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Create and present system architecture documentation artifacts to various stakeholders, including detailed network diagrams that illustrate data flows and component interactions.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware setups.
