Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer
- Background in developing, deriving, and/or verifying requirements
- Proficiency in performing requirement traceability gap analysis
- Demonstrated application of core systems engineering principles and processes
- Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering (desired)
- ABET Accredited Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Experience in missile or hypersonics development programs
- Proven record of successful flight test execution
- Skill in writing requirements specifications and validating requirements
- Proficiency with DOORS software
- Track record of contributing to significant milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and briefing customers/executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Active or current DoD Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Derive and define requirements and interfaces; assist in specification development using DOORS
- Take responsibility for the creation, modification, coordination, and verification of a subsystem requirement specification
- Support the complete lifecycle of assigned subsystems or components throughout development, testing, analysis, verification, and flight testing
- Evaluate key performance parameters, technical performance measures, and ensure requirements compliance
- Participate in formal system design reviews
- Aid in defining interfaces and integrating subsystems and components across the larger system
- Engage in interdisciplinary engineering projects as part of a hypersonic development initiative, demonstrating adaptability to changing program needs and timelines across different geographical locations
- Leverage your strong communication skills and self-motivation to foster a positive team culture
