Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in relevant programs and contracts
- Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of additional experience in Systems Engineering may be substituted for a bachelors degree
- Expertise in data analytics for informed business decisions
- Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and Confluence for team collaboration
- Capability to handle high-visibility assignments in a swift environment
- Familiarity with Agile development practices focusing on iterative delivery
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts and collaborating with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to document and define high-level design and architecture drawings
- Communicate effectively with end users to gather and map project requirements
- Develop flowcharts and diagrams to support the development team in cloud-based analytics
- Assist in the validation of design outputs and ensure alignment with user needs
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and resolve challenges
- Engage in ongoing training and mentoring to enhance professional skills
