Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Knowledgeable in systems engineering testing methodologies and documentation.
- Skilled in software development or programming languages such as Java, C++, MATLAB, Python, or Git.
- Competent in Unix or Linux operating systems.
- Familiar with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, e.g., IBM Rational Rhapsody or Cameo.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Sprint planning and Scrum meetings.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, analysis, implementation, testing, and integration of mission-critical software.
- Develop algorithms for fire control, track filtering, guidance, and coordinate system alignment.
- Conduct design trades and simulate algorithms to ensure functionality.
- Create and manage system requirements using SysML diagrams.
- Collaborate with team members to support Ballistic Missile Defense and Anti-Air Warfare programs ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
