Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field
- Proven experience with Avionics Systems Integration and Testing or Laboratory Hardware development
- Background in Avionics and Systems Integration Lab operations
- Familiarity with requirements development and integration testing processes
- Strong laboratory skills
- Flight test experience is a plus
- Experience with Sub-System Integration and troubleshooting
- Relevant CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+ certifications (must obtain upon hiring)
- Knowledge of computing systems (Processing, Network, Storage, Display technologies)
- Proven ability in modifying and maintaining system test procedures
- Skills in cable fabrication, installation, and troubleshooting (BNC, ENET, RF, Fiber Optic, data)
- Experience in deploying and managing hardware components
- Proficiency in LabView and RF design
- Understanding of communications protocols (USB, ethernet, serial, video)
- Leadership experience within a System Integration Lab environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct system integration, testing, and troubleshooting for hardware/software configurations
- Design and integrate hardware systems for the Systems Integration Labs (SIL)
- Set up Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) and facilitate closed-loop development/testing in the SIL
- Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and customers to support verification processes
- Maintain documentation related to designs and comply with configuration management standards
