Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience/education, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience; or 7 years of experience with a related Masters degree.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating advanced processing systems.
- Familiarity with process reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Capability to obtain and maintain security clearance at the Secret level.
- Experience with DOD customers, managing hardware/software interface challenges.
- Expertise in developing processes and procedures for integration on advanced processing systems at all levels (System, sub-system, Module/Circuit Card Assembly).
- Background working in classified settings.
- Proficient in leveraging Digital Engineering practices, including Model-Based System Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with DOORS and NextGen DOORS.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, particularly in the management of Hardware Development Process Implementation.
- Lead product development initiatives and provide technical direction to the team.
- Validate the technical integrity and completeness of project deliverables.
- Manage customer relationships and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Utilize Digital Transformation tools to streamline and improve development processes.
