Requirements
Must:
- Candidates must possess a Secret security clearance or higher, with an investigation completed within the last 6 years.
- Candidates should hold a DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities along with proven leadership experience are required.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and exceed 40 hours per week, including weekends as mission needs dictate.
- Openness to travel in support of customer operations and deployments as necessary.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ALIS as a System/Database/Network/Mission Planning Administrator is preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting applications and performing account maintenance using Active Directory/Oracle/CRM is beneficial.
- Experience in disaster recovery, including backups and restoration of servers, virtual machines, and network equipment is desired.
- Familiarity with Virtual Machine Management Services (Hyper-V / VMware) is a plus.
- Comfortable with maintaining and upgrading system hardware, as well as managing rack component operations.
- Knowledge of applying updates, anti-virus, and anti-spyware solutions is essential.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration is an asset.
- Capable of importing and exporting large data volumes.
- Understanding of Lockheed Martin products and processes, especially concerning JSF ALIS hardware and software is advantageous.
- Background in supporting the US military or foreign military operations is preferred.
- A US DoD Top Secret Clearance is a plus.
- Experience with COMSEC, Military Flight Operations and Planning Processes.
- Familiarity with Precision Guided Munitions Planning Software (PGMPS) and Mission Planning Systems Support roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Personal Computer Debrief Software (PCDS) is a benefit.
Responsibilities
- Engage daily with users and leadership regarding ALIS and LM operations.
- Perform maintenance and monitoring of systems, databases, software, firewalls, and accounts.
- Ensure seamless, secure functioning of multi-user computer systems through collaboration with peers, Tier 2 support, and engineers.
- Manage laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account upkeep.
- Continuously monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance.
- Provide training for ALIS Administrators or Mission Planning Environment Administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed.
- Support pilots during Mission Planning and Debriefing, identifying and resolving system deficiencies as required.
- Cross-train in various functions such as Database, Network, Systems, Security, and Mission Planning Administration to enhance skills as a Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst.
