Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in software design and development
- Proficiency in C++ programming
- Familiarity with implementation and verification & validation testing
- Experience in cybersecurity/Anti-Tamper principles (desired)
- Knowledge of aircraft interfaces, serial interfaces, Ethernet interfaces, IMU, GPS, IR sensors, and data links (desired)

- Manage and develop your team, providing technical guidance and career development support
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities
- Oversee recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluations, and engineering competency growth for employees
- Ensure program development aligns with requirements, engineering processes, and customer focus, serving as the technical conscience for projects
