Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various functions and programs to achieve results
- SAFe certification is a plus
- Prior experience as a Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager is desirable
- Background in managing intricate IT Systems Integration projects
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering is a plus
- Proven experience managing initiatives across organizational lines
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Knowledge of Dassault 3DExperience Platform is an advantage
- Experience with Dassault Apriso, Quintiq, or other Dassault manufacturing systems is beneficial
- Strong program management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for conveying information to executives as well as to teams and individual contributors
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and guide the work of all Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and suppliers within the Value Stream
- Lead and coordinate the large solution delivery Program Increment (PI) cadence
- Serve as a Lean-Agile leader and mentor to others within the Solution Train and ARTs regarding Lean and Agile methodologies
- Develop and nurture essential relationships within and outside the Solution Train to promote collaborative and adaptive operations
- Organize regular synchronization meetings to ensure the Solution Train remains on schedule
