Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in C, C++, Java, and/or Python
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic hardware, including circuit analysis and debugging
- Knowledge of system trade studies and/or modeling
- Capability in test planning and execution with awareness of interdependencies
- Background in system design and testing in various subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.)
- Familiarity with electronic hardware testing principles, involving planning and execution
- Understanding of electronic hardware design spanning multiple subsystems (e.g., Electrical, RF, Software, etc.)
- Acquaintance with hardware test scripts within a laboratory setting
- Interim Secret Clearance required prior to commencement
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance; ship required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and rectify software-related issues, including analyzing error messages and preparing test environments with necessary input files
- Conduct system analysis and electronic hardware assessments, including troubleshooting and debugging tasks
- Design, sustain, and modify software code in C++ to facilitate system analysis and manage software interfaces across weapon system elements, integrating embedded software and GUI components
- Update and maintain existing software tools and scripts to ensure compliance with security standards and enable automated data product generation
