Requirements
Must:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance with CV date in the last 5 years
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of technical education and/or aircraft experience
- Proven capability in Project Management and technical skills to analyze complex sustainment, engineering, or supply chain issues
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to meet program or project deadlines
- Background in Supply, Logistics, or Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Overseeing cross-functional initiatives aimed at sustainment enhancements and cost-reduction for the U-2 fleet
- Managing supply and inventory conditions to ensure fleet operability
- Analyzing fleet performance metrics, including Supply (NMCS), Maintenance (NMCM), Aircraft Availability (AA), and Mission Capable (MC) Rates
- Investigating performance degraders and maintenance practices to propose actionable strategies
- Supporting development and improvement of maintenance plans, including updates to procedures and documentation
- Utilizing Monthly Demand Rates, vendor Repair Cycle Times, asset postures, and consumption data to formulate Return To Green strategies for aircraft readiness
- Leading project lifecycles from identification and assessment through solution development, execution, and closure
- Preparing and presenting high-level briefings to executive leadership and important stakeholders
- Effectively communicating technical analyses, project impacts, associated risks and opportunities, anticipated efficiencies, and Return To Green Plans
