Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Over 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering
- Proven experience in testing and troubleshooting for integrated systems
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans
- Current Secret clearance with the capability to secure a Top Secret clearance
- Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX operating systems
- Knowledge of DOORS and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build consensus
- Familiarity with OPIR and SBIRS mission processes and pre-launch vehicle testing
- Systems thinking capabilities to address complex issues and implement changes
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and attend meetings, boards, and design reviews
- Conduct technical planning along with system integration, verification, and validation efforts
- Ensure customer requirements are systematically captured in required contractual documentation
- Assist in developing program plans to guarantee that requirements and scope of work are documented and scheduled
