Requirements
Must:
- Ability to design software solutions for complex challenges
- Experience in embedded programming using C/C++ and Python
- Proficient in working within an Agile Scrum framework
- Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles
- Familiarity with embedded systems architectures and testing
- Capability to integrate complex software systems meeting high performance and timing requirements
- Understanding of embedded and/or MPSoC architectures
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies in software development and testing
- Background in leading process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to program lifecycle execution from concept to end-of-life
Responsibilities
- Engage in embedded software development, integration, and testing
- Lead the architecture and detailed design of intricate CSCs and CSCIs
- Act as a key member of an Agile development team, contributing to planning and execution
- Provide mentorship in agile methodologies to a diverse group of software and system engineers
- Serve as a role model for team dynamics through active participation
- Utilize discretion to determine approaches for various assignments
- Independently learn new tools and technologies as needed
- Identify and implement enhancements to current processes
