Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, with over 5 years of professional expertise
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering associated with electro-mechanical assembly processes, capable of interpreting engineering drawings and build instructions, developing inspection methodologies, and ensuring product compliance
- Experience in trend analysis to identify patterns in Defect, Rework, and Scrap rates
- Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis and identifying corrective measures using structured tools such as DUO, Fault Tree Analysis, and Fishbone Diagrams
- Experienced in performing audits and engaging in third-party or customer audits
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capability to obtain a secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with Production teams on Product Quality Assurance (PQA) tasks and priorities
- Work closely with the LM RMS PQA Manager
- Engage in a variety of QA responsibilities and tasks related to development and sustainment programs
- Quickly familiarize yourself with products, work scope, technical requirements, program risks, and delivery schedules
- Drive operational excellence and enhance production processes
