Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in project coordination or enhancing process efficiencies
- Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Cameo or equivalent SysML for architectural design
- Active Secret Security Clearance with the capacity to obtain and sustain a Top Secret clearance
- Familiarity with the Systems Engineering lifecycle and processes
- Background in Systems Engineering activities tied to Model Based applications
- Proficiency with diverse system modeling tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw, etc.) to resolve a variety of systems engineering challenges beyond architecture
- Knowledge of Missile defense or Ballistic Missile Systems
- Experience in process development and its implementation
- Proficiency with DOORS and Data Hub
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and associated tools
- Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and utilize MBSE methodologies to create Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools
- Capture, preserve, and visualize necessary viewpoints of model data to communicate systems effectively
- Support MBSE initiatives across numerous programs and gather stakeholder requirements for MBSE implementation
- Model data based on stakeholder needs and requirements
- Use system data to produce assembly, integration, interfaces, and verification information
- Collaborate with various teams (SE, R&V, Mechanical, Electrical, Digital Transformation, external co-Primes, and Customers) to support products and processes
- Help define and oversee the execution of SE processes throughout the team
- Contribute to re-defining and modernizing engineering processes including Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, and Operations/Test efforts
- Assist in establishing and implementing MBSE products and processes alongside our SE teams and the broader FBM MBSE/MBE efforts
- Integrate and update model-based techniques into products, processes, and design reviews
