Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and 9 years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience with radar systems
- Development of Integration and Test Plans and Procedures
- Proficient in troubleshooting systems
- Experience in data analysis
- Familiarity with MATLAB
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to interface with customers (both internal and external)
- Must be eligible to obtain a DOD Security clearance, at least Secret Level
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration and Test activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs
- Develop and document Integration and Test plans and procedures
- Integrate system hardware and software components
- Evaluate test results and investigate discrepancies
- Provide technical assessment of anomalies and drive issues to resolution
- Carry out requirements verification and validation as well as system sell-off
- Offer hands-on engineering support during formal acceptance testing, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis
- Potential for both domestic and international travel
