Staff DMS Engineer

- Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution - Proficient knowledge of electronic components, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS), and Project Management - Professional experience utilizing trade studies and business case analyses for DMS mitigation recommendations - Background in the aerospace industry is preferred - Expertise in Electrical Engineering or Components Engineering, particularly in Mission/Vehicle Systems Integration - Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Experience in high-pressure environments managing multiple concurrent tasks - Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate across various disciplines towards shared objectives - Proficient in reviewing, interpreting, and composing proposals, Statements of Work (SSOWs), and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) - Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including experience briefing upper management, clients, and stakeholders - Familiarity with Systems Engineering disciplines throughout the entire lifecycle, including key competencies such as Supplier Interface, Proposal Analysis, and Risk Assessment - Experience working with Suppliers and engaging with the Supply Chain - Industry knowledge related to Earned Value Management and/or experience as a Control Account Manager
