Staff Cyber Architect

- B.S. degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Security, or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. - Over 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering. - More than 4 years of experience in System and/or Security Architecture. - Proficiency with Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253, and NIST SP 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF) to enhance information systems based on customer specifications. - Experience in Systems Engineering processes, including requirements management, decomposition, system modeling, integration, and testing. - Capability to analyze, interpret, and allocate system architectures and requirements. - Proven experience in defining, decomposing, allocating, assessing, and implementing cybersecurity requirements into system architecture for a cyber-resilient security solution. - Previous software engineering or development background for embedded platforms. - Familiarity with engineering change and configuration control processes. - IASAE Level II or higher certification (e.g., CASP+ CE, CISSP, CSSLP). - Competence in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, VersionOne). - Experience in developing security architecture representations and system design modeling (e.g., UML, SysML, Rhapsody, Cameo, MagicDraw). - Experience performing vulnerability assessments and identifying risks and mitigations. - Knowledge in the development and maintenance of real-time embedded systems (e.g., avionics systems). - Familiarity with Real-Time Embedded Operating Systems (e.g., GreenHills INTEGRITY, LynxOS, VxWorks, Yocto). - Background working with information systems adhering to Open Mission Systems (OMS) standards and Universal Command and Control Standards Initiative (UCI) messaging protocols. - Experience conducting technical trade studies, experiments, and assessments. - Expertise in compliance testing and penetration testing methodologies. - Ability to develop certification test procedures (CTPs) and perform customer witnessed security assessments following NIST 800-53A guidelines. - Experience with Anti-tamper and crypto/key management. - Proficiency in presenting technical information to senior executives and clients. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Willingness to mentor junior team members and travel as required.
