Requirements
Must:
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in technical requirements generation and specification development
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems in diverse operational applications and workflows
- Experience with manufacturing systems, business processes, and methodologies
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Teamcenter or 3DX is preferred
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) manufacturing applications including Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), Process Planning, Tooling, and Configuration Management
- Background in Aeronautical manufacturing systems and methods, with capability to apply this in digital manufacturing development
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Quality First Apriso, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and MES, along with their system integrations
- Knowledge of multiple system process development, Model Based Engineering, Digital Transformation, and documentation processes such as training requirements and business processes
Responsibilities
- Provide support for 1LMX Common MES to expedite project timelines
- Define success criteria for development and user narratives
- Establish functional requirements based on inputs from Business Analyst representatives
- Generate content for training materials and communication packets tailored for Business Analysts
- Organize Business Analyst engagement events, including demonstrations and training sessions
- Define test cases and document test scripts and procedures
- Complete functional testing and provide sign-off for development
- Develop and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies to address technical manufacturing challenges
- Investigate production operations systems to understand their technical capabilities
- Stay updated on software advancements that may enhance fabrication and assembly processes
- Analyze customer issues, develop new production processes, and coordinate solutions for digital transformation in manufacturing
- Communicate technical requirements to IT architects and present solutions to core process owners
- Contribute to the development, documentation, training, and implementation of new Production Operation Business Processes related to MES
