Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
- Experience with system/software dependencies, process flows, and development methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile Development Framework (particularly DevSecOps) and supporting System & Software Engineering activities
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis techniques with a background in developing Corrective Action Plans
- Ability to conduct and document process audits effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to obtain a secret clearance after hire
- Lean/Six Sigma principles knowledge is preferred
- Understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience with logistics information systems or large-scale transactional software systems is a plus
- LSS Black Belt or Green Belt Certification is desirable
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Evaluate process and product performance through internal audits
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with engineering, sustainment, and customer teams
- Provide software quality assurance support for peer reviews, software audits, regression testing, integration, and functional assessments
- Develop and analyze software quality metrics
- Support fellow Software Quality Engineers as needed
- Interface with customers on program activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company regulations
- Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) activities and support AS9100 compliance initiatives
