Requirements
Must:
- Technical background in software engineering with strong expertise in Agile methodology
- Proficiency in C/C++ development
- Experience in software integration and testing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL)
- Proven ability to engage with clients and foster effective relationships
- Skill in developing solutions for complex challenges, often requiring the integration of conflicting or incomplete data within tight timelines
- Capability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership experience with a focus on shaping the future, building relationships, energizing teams, achieving results, and upholding integrity and accountability
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the FSW/Sim Integration and Dev Sec Ops teams in alignment with the CPS FSW/Sim Integration manager
- Oversee the technical, financial, and scheduling facets to ensure the successful delivery of Integration, Sim software, and Dev Sec Ops for CPS and its flight testing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software development, and HWIL teams to guarantee compliance with integration standards and testing procedures
- Manage recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluations, task assignments, salary considerations, and disciplinary actions of team members
