Requirements
Must:
- Recent high school graduate (within past 24 months)
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Positive attitude with a readiness to learn various new skills and tools
- Strong performance in both team and independent environments
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with a programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Bash, Python)
Responsibilities
- Assist in sustaining existing products by supporting engineering documentation and technical data maintenance
- Contribute to the modification of training materials and mechanical and electrical maintenance of program products
- Provide technical support for engineering tasks including systems engineering analysis and equipment integration
- Help resolve post-installation issues and prevent defects
- Support preparation and documentation of test procedures and operational protocols
- Execute both written and automated test procedures
- Assist with enterprise services such as computer networking and cybersecurity support
- Manage software licensing coordination and handle network security tasks
