Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a software-related field, or equivalent experience/education
- Extensive proficiency in C and C++ programming languages
- Familiarity with the F35 program/architecture or typical aircraft system architectures
- Experience in flight software qualification testing and security/safety certification processes
- Background in large-scale agile real-time software development
- Proven track record in Technical and/or Project Leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges
- Excellent organizational abilities with an emphasis on detail and quality
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Analysis
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative capabilities
- Knowledge and experience with CAM
Responsibilities
- Guide the maturation roadmaps for software/interfaces and ensure alignment across development lines
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the warfighter, ensuring technical content and product integrity
- Collaborate closely with F35 SI&T to enhance system stability
- Promote technology integration and knowledge sharing within the team
- Work with Software Domains and LOB to implement capabilities, features, and defect resolutions for Software Integration
- Manage technical debt, SPARs, burn down plans, and RCCA coordination
- Oversee team capacity modeling and backlog management
- Lead team PI planning activities
- Ensure that SEAL 1/TCB domain changes are executed in optimized groupings to minimize certification requirements
- Coordinate with Product Owners and other peer organizations to ensure CPSW software design and implementation meet customer demands
