Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in software development using Python, C#, and/or C++
- Eligible to obtain a US government-issued Secret security clearance
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proven experience collaborating effectively within a team of users and software developers
- Strong skills in computer network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with manual and automated test and measurement equipment
- Experience in communicating with OEM test equipment using VISA and SCPI commands over various interfaces: USB, TCP/IP, Serial (RS-232), GPIB, PXIe
- Proficient in software tools for version control, peer reviews, code comparison, and bug/issue reporting
- Knowledgeable in object-oriented software design and design patterns
- Familiarity with software IDEs such as Visual Studio and Eclipse
- Experience with graphical programming languages like LabVIEW and Test Stand
- Competency in conducting RF measurements with OEM test and measurement tools
- Experience in writing software or firmware for microcontrollers and FPGAs
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop software to automate the testing and measurement processes of RF avionics assemblies across various space programs
- Engage in every phase of the software development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues encountered by electrical engineers, subject matter experts, and test technicians during automated and manual testing
- Demonstrate flexibility and motivation in a dynamic team environment
- Uphold attention to detail while managing multiple tasks efficiently
