Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution in a relevant field; or commensurate experience
- Proficient in C and/or C+
- Familiarity with Linux or RTOS and related development toolchains
- Experience with the software development lifecycle in a collaborative setting (including peer reviews, unit testing, and configuration management)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle for various avionics services, ground station development, and mission system software technologies
- Assisting in the development of ground stations for both manned and unmanned systems
- Creating simulations to aid software development processes
- Collaborating with software and systems engineers to establish requirements for rapid prototypes
- Engaging in integration and test events
- Contributing to planning and scheduling for critical integration and milestone events
