Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 2 years of experience in UX design and development, focusing on crafting engaging and interactive interfaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, along with familiarity in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Top Secret Clearance (desired)
- Proven experience in deploying AI-enabled systems across diverse environments (e.g., cloud, edge devices)
- Background in high-performance computing
- Knowledge of database interfaces (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience in leading engineering teams or mentoring peers
- Familiarity with transitioning prototype software to production environments

Responsibilities
- Design and develop software products that integrate Artificial Intelligence and data analysis capabilities, with a strong focus on user-centered design

- Mentor junior engineers in UX design principles and best practices

- Assume technical leadership responsibilities when necessary
