Senior Test Engineer - Weekend Shift

- Execute and oversee production testing processes, including functional testing, boundary scan, environmental stress screening (ESS), and system-level verification - Diagnose test failures at both the board and system levels utilizing standard electronic test tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies) - Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of test procedures, work instructions, and fixtures to ensure efficient and repeatable testing - Analyze test results and failure patterns to determine root causes of defects in collaboration with engineering and quality teams - Aid in the troubleshooting and repair of test equipment, fixtures, and software to reduce production line downtime - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing test coverage, minimizing cycle time, and boosting product yield and quality - Document testing outcomes, non-conformances, and corrective actions in alignment with our quality management systems - Offer technical assistance to production operators and technicians during daily operations - Collaborate with design engineers to integrate design-for-test (DFT) principles into new product introductions (NPI)
