Senior Systems Engineer Level Three

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Proven experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or a related discipline within an Agile/DevSecOps environment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe and their application in systems engineering. - Ability to break down complex customer requirements into actionable features and stories, ensuring alignment with system requirements. - Proficient in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g., SysML) for visualizing system architecture and maintaining requirements traceability. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex system issues and performance challenges. - Understanding of the complete system life cycle including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. - Experience in defining and documenting system requirements and use cases in collaboration with stakeholders. - Technical knowledge in software development, network configuration, and hardware/software integration. - Excellent technical writing skills with experience in simplifying complex information for diverse audiences. - Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and public speaking engagements. - Experience managing cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones within budget and on schedule. - Strong planning and scheduling capabilities to develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress. - Proficient in data analysis and presentation, leveraging various tools to enhance project outcomes and decision-making. - Capable of establishing clear performance expectations and fostering accountability within teams. - Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
