Requirements

Must:
- Proven knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes along with one or more Systems Integration functions, such as: - System trade studies methodology and/or System modeling - Development of Requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICD) - System Integration, Testing, and/or Verification - Test planning and execution while comprehending all interdependencies - Experience with electrical component, box level, or system level design reviews - Expertise in system design and electrical testing for one or more subsystems or fields beyond Systems Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.) - Capability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance, necessitating U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate team collaboration among various stakeholders - Deliver on team milestones and objectives - Create, sustain, and negotiate the schedule for deliverables - Establish system architecture and operational concepts, and conduct system-level design and requirement breakdown - Collaborate with flight sciences for analysis to support verification and investigations - Conduct system analysis and define interfaces - Oversee systems/hardware integration, planning, and execution of tests - Formulate plans to integrate new mission capabilities while safeguarding the primary mission - Lead and assist in design reviews, technical product reviews, and system safety evaluations - Aid in failure investigations and anomaly resolution discussions - Develop intricate solutions for complex issues linking detailed technical requirements with transformational concepts while fostering innovation - Assist in missile production and testing activities at component manufacturers and Strategic Weapons Facilities - Drive investigations of anomalies to resolution - Review data and provide feedback to testing and integration teams - Support systems/hardware integration and planning while identifying opportunities for efficiency in build flow and testing.
