- Bachelors or masters degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field - Experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or a pertinent discipline within an Agile/DevSecOps development setting - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their integration within a systems engineering context - Ability to break down complex customer requirements into actionable features and stories for development teams while ensuring traceability - Proficient in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and tools (e.g., SysML) for visualizing system architecture and maintaining requirements traceability throughout development cycles - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for identifying and resolving complex system issues and integration challenges - Knowledge of the comprehensive system life cycle (requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment) and adapting traditional engineering processes to an iterative improvement model - Experience in defining and documenting system requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders - Technical expertise in relevant domains, such as software development, network configuration, and hardware/software integration - Competence in crafting and editing technical documentation, simplifying intricate technical concepts for diverse audiences - Expertise in developing impactful presentations and public speaking to engage stakeholders - Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones on schedule and within budget - Capability in developing detailed project plans and schedules, resource allocation, and tracking progress for timely delivery - Proficient in data analysis and presentation, using various tools to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes - Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and fostering a results-oriented environment - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relations
