Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in requirements management and verification, including requirement engineering
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts including Cameo and/or DOORS
- Active or Current Top Secret security clearance is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering for intricate space hardware development projects
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate concepts into actionable results
- Previous involvement in the development and delivery of space subsystems and components
- Prior work experience as a Lockheed Martin Space Chief Project Engineer (CPE) and/or Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE)
- Profound knowledge of mission and end-to-end systems
- Experience applying MBSE concepts in Systems Engineering roles
- Active or Current TS/SCI clearance is desired
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and validate system-level requirements, documenting and managing them appropriately
- Collaborate with customers and contractors to conduct verification analyses and testing
- Organize and coordinate the creation and documentation of objective evidence from domain experts
- Manage and facilitate system-level technical reviews
- Support all stages of the program lifecycle, including development, production, and post-production phases
- Maintain updated knowledge of emerging technologies, designs, and analytical methodologies
- Build effective collaboration with internal teams, including Business Development and central Engineering, as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers and mission partners
