Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of five years of experience in Systems Engineering
- Proven background in developing system and software requirements, including related analysis and testing
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is a plus
- Familiarity with MATLAB or Simulink is desirable
- Experience with DOORS and SysML, as well as Model-Based Engineering tools
- Background in modeling, simulation, and analysis of Radar algorithms and environments
- Leadership experience in systems engineering
- Experience with proposal development and estimating efforts for complex projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, testing, and validation of high-performance Radar Signal Simulation and Processing systems
- Develop and verify requirements for radar systems
- Collaborate within a team to solve complex engineering challenges
- Utilize MATLAB for simulation development related to radar systems
- Conduct testing and analysis of radar algorithms
- Ensure compliance with security requirements requiring specific access levels
