Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, etc.), Mathematics, or a related STEM field from an accredited institution
- Experience or knowledge in one of the following domains: Weapons, Fusion, Radar, Electronic Warfare, or Electro-Optical Distributed Aperture Systems
- Proven analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with the Systems Engineering Process
- Valid SECRET security clearance, with an investigation completed within the last 5 years
Responsibilities
- Act as the domain expert for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) group within ISE, offering expert guidance in one or more of the specified domain areas (Weapons, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optical, Distributed Aperture System)
- Identify the analytics and analysis needs and requirements for tools
- Establish analysis methodologies and techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate and test analytics, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications
- Provide technical mentorship to analysts
- Create and evaluate detailed technical analysis reports and assessments
- Participate in design reviews, test readiness evaluations, and other technical discussions to guarantee adherence to requirements and specifications
- Lead the team in employing standard and innovative analysis techniques
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to identify their needs and deliver customized technical solutions
