Requirements
Must:
- Experience with CAMEO software
- Proficiency in developing system architecture and CONOPs using CAMEO
- Familiarity with SysML and modern SysML software applications
- Expertise in MBSE execution and analysis tools, as well as managing model content
- Understanding of Model-Based Engineering (MBE) within systems architecture design and development
- Active Secret Clearance with the capability to upgrade to a Top Secret Clearance
- Experience in Model-Based Verification is preferred
- Active TS DoD clearance is desirable
- Background in developing, reviewing, and managing requirements
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes applied in a program context
- Experience organizing Systems Milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Ability to think critically and apply systems thinking skillfully to solve complex issues
- Involvement in analysis, simulation development, and integration tasks
- Test planning, execution, and automation experience is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster consensus among peers
Responsibilities
- Drive the transformation of the MK7 Program into a comprehensive Model-Based environment, implementing the Full Digital Thread from initial concept through to manufacturing, integration, validation, and deployment
- Utilize MBSE techniques to develop products with Systems Modeling Language (SysML), DOD Architecture Framework (DODAF), and relevant MBSE tools to capture and visualize an integrated system model
- Develop, refine, and exemplify best practices and modern MBSE methodologies for inclusion in the MK7 program
- Conduct technical planning, system integration, validation and verification, cost and risk analysis, and evaluate supportability and effectiveness across all product system levels
- Ensure systematic conversion of client or product requirements into complete system solutions considering technical, time, and cost limitations
- Execute functional analysis, timeline studies, trade studies, requirements distribution, and interface definition to convert client needs into subsystem specifications
