Senior Software Quality Engineer - Littleton

- Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access - Familiarity with quality systems/processes and external quality standards - Understanding of software development life cycle models - Capability to interpret software design and code to verify the enforcement of requirements - Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends as needed (occasional) - Readiness to travel occasionally to support program goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Knowledge of programming languages: C, C++, and/or Java - Experience with configuration management and control tools - Background in a related field (e.g., Quality Engineering, System Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration & Test) - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies - Experience with tools like ClearQuest, ClearCase, DOORS, and others - Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) - Exposure to code collaboration tools - Understanding of MRB certification and decision-making in Material Review Board processes - Experience in test planning, processing, and managing nonconformance issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action development - Knowledge of quality assurance performance metrics for process improvement - Experience working with US Military and government customer support - Experience collaborating with space vehicle subcontractors and suppliers - Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (black or green belt) - ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) - Knowledge of AS9100 standards - Capability to work independently under challenging requirements and dynamic schedules - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with teams, suppliers, and customers.
