Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution; or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming languages
- Familiarity with Linux or RTOS (real-time operating systems) and their development toolchains
- Experience in a collaborative software development environment (peer reviews, unit testing, configuration management, defect tracking)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full software development lifecycle across various avionics services, ground station development, and mission system software technologies
- Assist in the development of ground stations for both manned and unmanned systems
- Create simulations to facilitate software development
- Collaborate with software and systems engineers to establish requirements for rapid prototypes
- Engage in integration and testing events
- Support the planning and scheduling of critical integration and milestone events
