Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in designing software solutions for intricate challenges
- Experience in embedded programming with C/C++ and Python
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

- Comfortable in an Agile Scrum setup
- Active TS Security Clearance with SCI + CI Poly
Responsibilities
- Engage in the development, integration, and testing of embedded software
- Lead the architecture and detailed design of complex software components
- Act as a key player within an Agile development team, participating in Agile Release Planning and Sprint Planning
- Mentor fellow team members in Agile practices and methodologies
- Exhibit proactive leadership through actions
- Utilize significant discretion in determining strategies for tasks
- Independently acquire knowledge of new tools
- Identify and implement process enhancements for current workflows
