Requirements
Must:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance at the SECRET level.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a STEM discipline.
- 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Over 3 years of practical C++ development in a performance-sensitive environment.
- Proven experience leading agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and translating features into actionable tasks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD frameworks (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the core architecture in C++/CUDA for real-time radar antenna simulation, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliable performance on NVIDIA GPU clusters.
- Create and integrate high-performance simulation algorithms, signal processing workflows, and device drivers to achieve strict latency and accuracy benchmarks.
- Establish and oversee automated build, test, and deployment workflows (using GitLab/GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) that promote swift and assured software deployment.
- Collaborate with system engineers and testing personnel to incorporate new features, resolve issues, and validate performance within the lab setting.
- Lead the agile process by facilitating sprint planning, managing the backlog, and mentoring junior engineers while promoting best practice agile methodologies.
- Work alongside systems engineers, radar scientists, and program managers to transform mission needs into robust software solutions.
