Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 12 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Minimum of 5 years utilizing modern C++ or 3 years with production-level Rust
- Proficiency with Linux-based systems
- In-depth knowledge of multithreading and concurrency models
- Strong skills in memory management and performance enhancement
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, gRPC, REST, WebSockets)
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Exceptional debugging and profiling capabilities
- Experience in developing large-scale or performance-critical systems
- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture
- Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Contributions to open-source projects in C++ or Rust
- Familiarity with GUI frameworks such as .Net or Qt 4/5/6
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance systems using C++ and/or Rust
- Optimize systems for performance, memory utilization, and concurrency
- Build scalable and resilient services within distributed environments
- Facilitate technical design discussions and conduct code reviews
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability processes
- Collaborate across product, DevOps, and QA teams
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to foster their growth
- Advocate for best practices in system design and reliability
- Engage in architectural decisions and contribute to long-term planning
