Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Current Secret security clearance with an investigation conducted in the last five years
- Experience in developing embedded software
- Proficiency in hardware/software integration and testing in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) environments
- Familiarity with the Linux/Xilinx tool suite
- Competency in C++ and/or C programming languages
Desired Skills:
- Software design and architecture experience
- Knowledge of Cameo and software architectural practices
- Comprehensive experience in full software development life-cycle
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Atlassian Tool Suite)
- Experience in early technology or demonstration contracts
- Proficiency in DevSecOps and Gitlab CI/CD tools
- Skills in technical document preparation
- Ability to develop and present technical review presentations
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software solutions
- Integrate new features and algorithms into C/C++ applications
- Plan, execute, and coordinate software development tasks
- Design, create, document, test, and troubleshoot software that analyzes logical and mathematical solutions for business or mission-related challenges
- Utilize knowledge of computer hardware/software and information processing techniques to create effective software
- Identify and rectify programming errors, draft operational manuals, compile documentation for program development, and assess system capabilities to clarify program intentions, output needs, input data collection, programming methods, and controls
