Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience
- Understanding of radar systems, subsystems, and components
- Experience working with Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars
- Background in the integration and testing of Solid State Radar systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB, C++, or Python
- Capability to conduct data analysis
- Willingness to work non-standard shifts as dictated by the project requirements
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for site installs, checkout, and integration testing
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level; U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Apply scientific principles and advanced technologies to devise innovative system solutions
- Assist in integration and testing, assess test outcomes, explore discrepancies, provide technical evaluations on anomalies, and lead problem resolution
- Carry out system verification and support certification activities
- Act as a representative for the organization in contracts and interact with internal and external stakeholders, program management, senior leadership, and diverse engineering teams on critical technical matters
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and adept communication skills while thriving in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
- Engage comfortably in hands-on settings, whether in laboratories or field environments
- Adjust to non-standard work hours when necessary
- Travel as required to facilitate site installations, checks, and integration testing
