Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Mission Systems Design and Development (Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communications).
- Background in Requirements Derivation and System Modeling.
- Proven leadership experience on projects or teams.
- Strong Cross-Functional Leadership capabilities.
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivation.
- Proficient in program management planning, including task estimation and structure.
- Effective communicator with the ability to train and present technical information.
- Hands-on experience with RF Electronic Warfare system design, programming, and testing.
- Practical experience with Laboratory, Field, and Flight Testing of Electronic Warfare and Counter Measure systems.

- Assist in deploying the Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) for F-35 customers.
- Develop and execute system test strategies and oversee the integration and test team for CRT.
- Define capability test points and create detailed test plans and procedures.
- Report test results and metrics to leadership and senior management.
- Manage export-related documentation for CRT and ensure compliance with export control regulations.
- Lead efforts in CRT System Testing, metrics collection, and software development activities.
