Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in designing RF hardware systems, prototype development, and producing deliverable hardware.
- Familiarity with M-Code and GPS receivers.
- Experience with electronic warfare systems and analytical methods.
- Proficient in the design of both active and passive RF hardware, including cascaded analyses, link budgets, and simulation tools for evaluating hardware designs.
- Competence in RF performance simulation (using ADS, AWR, SystemVue, etc.) and full-wave simulation (such as CST, HFSS, etc.).
- Active Secret security clearance is required, with a necessity to obtain and maintain a government-issued Top Secret clearance for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee various stages of the RF product lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts during design reviews, offering insights on RF systems and hardware architecture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective development and implementation of RF systems and hardware.
- Engage in assignments that involve designing, testing, and troubleshooting RF hardware systems, including prototypes and deliverable products.
