Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in production testing or 3+ years with a relevant Masters degree; alternatively, 9 years of related professional experience
- Proficiency in interpreting complex engineering diagrams, specifications, and schematics
- Experience conducting thorough failure analyses to establish root causes and implement corrective/preventive measures
- Familiarity with electronic circuits and automated testing software
- Knowledge of evaluating electrical test outcomes and utilizing statistical data for trend analysis
- Strong skills in hands-on assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Visual C, or Visual Basic, along with National Instruments Lab-Windows CVI, TestStand, and NI LabVIEW software
- Previous experience in manufacturing software applications like DELMIA Apriso MES and SAP ERP tools is preferred
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to facilitate the efficient production of missiles
- Aid in the creation of automated test equipment and manufacturing test strategies
- Draft testing procedures based on engineering specifications and perform comprehensive failure investigations
- Analyze electrical test results to devise root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Apply statistical data analysis to monitor trends and resolve test discrepancies
- Interpret engineering data to support electro-mechanical integration processes
