Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing Cisco switches and CUCM
- Proficient with Cisco Call Manager and Jabber
- Skilled in configuring and managing Juniper or Palo Alto Firewalls
- At least 5 years of experience with TACLANEs (e.g., KG175s/KG250)
- Strong understanding of the OSI model, IP addressing, and subnetting
- Over 5 years of experience addressing and resolving network-related challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively with members of the Classified Network Operations team
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification (or the capability to acquire it)
- Proven ability to provide customer-centric support, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while clearly articulating requirements
- Possession of an Active Secret Clearance with the potential to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Responsibilities
- Join our Classified Network Operations Team supporting LM Aeronautics
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage classified network infrastructure for all business lines
- Administer hardware appliances including Cisco Switches, Palo Alto and Juniper Firewalls
- Focus on maintaining Collaboration components within the network
- Utilize networking tools such as Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and Cisco Call Manager
- Oversee planned infrastructure upgrades and installations as well as cabling of network equipment
- Work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate self-starting initiative
