Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a System Administrator on similar programs and contracts
- A Bachelors degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university is mandatory
- 5 years of additional system administration experience may substitute for a bachelors degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required
- Expertise in conducting security scans
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues utilizing Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana
- Familiarity with Jira for workflow management (ticketing)
- Proven experience with Confluence for documentation and artifact sharing
- Competence in provisioning virtual machine resources
- Knowledge of TPAM for account management
- Experience coordinating planned and unplanned outages using OME
Responsibilities
- Provide sustained support for Linux server administration and system monitoring
- Oversee the normalization of cyber security data and automation of threat intelligence
- Conduct security testing and provide Tier 2 support when necessary
- Manage and monitor system performance, addressing issues as they arise
- Facilitate the utilization of Elastic products like Grafana and Kibana in performance tracking
- Use Jira to manage workflows and address ticketing requirements
- Document processes and share artifacts through Confluence
- Provision virtual machine resources in accordance with project needs
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled outages efficiently
